The Right Union City Party Bus Rental for Your Budget
Statenislandpartybuscompany.com is a quote-comparison website — not a bus company, not a motor carrier, not a fleet. It does not own or operate any vehicles. What it does is make it incredibly easy for you to fill out one quick online form and instantly see pricing and vehicle options from a large network of bus companies serving Union City, Hudson County, and the surrounding region.
That matters because no single local company can offer you everything. One fleet might have the party bus you want but not the minibus for your airport run. Another might be booked solid on your date.
Instead of calling around for days, you fill out one form — or call 332-529-1330 any time of day — and you're looking at a full range of vehicles, packages, and prices side by side. No account required. No obligation.
Just real pricing for your actual trip, in about a minute. That's the whole idea.

Available Onboard Bus Amenities in Union City
A 15- to 50-passenger party bus is the right call for any Union City celebration that's part of the experience itself — LED lighting, a built-in sound system with Bluetooth, flat-panel TVs, and wraparound perimeter seating built for a night out on the Hudson County bar scene or a run into Manhattan. For wedding guests or corporate groups moving between Hudson County hotels and New York City venues, a minibus brings reclining seats and powerful climate control without the full party-bus footprint. Heading to MetLife Stadium for a Giants game or catching a show at the Prudential Center in Newark?
A full-size charter bus with undercarriage luggage bays, onboard restrooms, and overhead storage handles the whole group without a pit-stop problem. Amenities vary by vehicle and provider — the quote form lets you filter by what matters most to your group.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats
AUX / Bluetooth Sound System
LED and Fiber Optic Lighting
Built-in Bar Areas With Ice Storage and Cup Holders
TVs and Entertainment Systems
Amenities listed above are common features that MAY be available on party buses. Because we are a referral website and do NOT own or operate buses, exact features vary by vehicle, provider, and availability. After you submit your quote request, you can browse vehicle options, pricing, and available details on the results page. To confirm the exact amenities included with a specific vehicle offered for your trip, call 332-529-1330 before booking.
How Much to Rent a Party Bus in Union City?
Union City party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle size, date, and how many hours you need. A minibus runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekdays and $200–$275 per hour on weekends, making it one of the most affordable options for smaller Hudson County groups. Party buses in the 25- to 30-passenger range typically run $250–$425 per hour depending on the day, and a full 50-passenger party bus can run $300–$500 per hour on a Friday or Saturday night.
Charter buses for large event runs to MetLife or Newark top out around $200–$350 per hour regardless of the day.
Those are planning ranges — real pricing for your specific date and itinerary comes from the quote form. Check the party bus prices page for a fuller breakdown, or call 332-529-1330 to get an exact number in about a minute.

Compare Prices on Union City Party Buses
Here's the honest case: Union City has one of the most convenient locations in New Jersey — a short shot to the Lincoln Tunnel, minutes from the NJ Turnpike, close to Newark Liberty, and directly across the river from Midtown Manhattan. That's great when you're planning a trip. It's less great when you're trying to coordinate 30 people across the tunnel on a Saturday night and every rideshare in Hudson County is surging.
Statenislandpartybuscompany.com exists to take that coordination off your plate. Fill out one form and compare vehicles, packages, and prices from providers serving your area — no calling around, no waiting on callbacks that never come, no describing your trip six times to six different people. A support team is available every day of the year at 332-529-1330 to walk through options and help you build a package around your headcount, date, and itinerary.
You get to focus on the actual event. The routing and the vehicle are someone else's problem.
Party Bus Rental Services in Union City
Whatever brings your group together — a Prudential Center concert, a wedding at a Jersey City waterfront venue, prom night, a corporate shuttle into Midtown, or a pub crawl through Hoboken — there's a bus in the network sized and equipped for it. Union City group transportation covers every occasion. Here's a look at what's available.

Union City Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) is about four miles from Union City — roughly 15 minutes without traffic on the NJ Turnpike, and closer to 40 when the Turnpike backs up heading into the interchange. For groups of 10 or more flying out together, coordinating separate cars to EWR means separate parking charges, separate ride-share pickups, and at least one person running late. A minibus or Sprinter van handles the whole group in one shot, drops curbside at departures, and sidesteps the $32–$39 daily parking rate at EWR's central garage.
Groups flying into JFK or LaGuardia can also book a Union City charter bus or minibus for the run back through the Lincoln Tunnel. Have your group gather with luggage before calling for the vehicle — timing that coordination at a busy airport is everything. Check the EWR shuttle guide for terminal-specific pickup details, and review the official EWR ground transportation page before your trip.
Call 332-529-1330 to set up your Union City airport transfer today.

Union City Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Hudson County has quietly built one of the best bar and nightlife corridors in the metro area — and Union City sits in the middle of it. A Union City bachelorette party bus can open the night at a rooftop bar in Hoboken, roll through Jersey City's Grove Street bar strip, and cross into Manhattan for a late-night run through the Meatpacking District — all on one vehicle, on your schedule, with no one worrying about getting back to the hotel.
On a Friday or Saturday night, a 25-passenger party bus running that circuit typically costs $275–$375 per hour. A smaller 18-passenger bus can handle an intimate group for $275–$400 per hour on weekends. Either way, the built-in LED lighting, Bluetooth sound, and flat-panel TVs mean the party is rolling before you reach the first stop.
The night ends when you say it does — not when the last rideshare surge finally comes down. Call 332-529-1330 now.

Union City Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Union City has one of the most vibrant Latin communities in New Jersey, and quinceañera celebrations here are genuinely elaborate productions — the dress, the court, the venue, the whole evening choreographed down to the minute. The last thing you need is half the court stuck in traffic on Bergenline Avenue while the other half is already at the hall. A Union City birthday party bus keeps the entire group moving together, arriving together, and making the entrance together.
For Sweet 16s and adult milestone birthdays hitting multiple stops across Hudson County and into Manhattan, a 20- or 25-passenger party bus gives you the LED lighting and sound system to match the energy of the celebration. Weekend hourly rates for a 20-passenger bus start around $275 per hour. Use the quote form to check availability on your date — and book well ahead if your event falls on a weekend in spring, which is peak celebration season across the county.

Union City Concert Transportation & Shuttles
The Prudential Center in Newark — 7.5 miles south on the New Jersey Turnpike — is the closest major arena to Union City, and the post-show exit on Mulberry Street is one of the more reliably painful experiences in Hudson County. Surface lots around the Rock fill hours before doors, and rideshare pickup queues after a sold-out show can mean 30-plus minutes standing on Edison Place. A charter bus to the Prudential Center drops your group at the arena's commercial vehicle entrance, stages nearby during the show, and picks everyone up at an agreed spot the moment the last encore ends — no queue, no scramble.
For stadium-scale concerts at MetLife — Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, major touring acts that come through the Meadowlands — the parking situation is even more pronounced. Check the MetLife Stadium bus guide for lot assignments and approach-road details. Call 332-529-1330 to get pricing for your concert run.

Union City Corporate Event Transportation
Union City's position at the mouth of the Lincoln Tunnel makes it a natural staging point for corporate groups heading into Midtown Manhattan — but "natural" and "easy" aren't the same thing at 8 a.m. on a Tuesday when the tunnel queue backs up to Park Avenue. A Union City corporate shuttle bus loads your team once, skips the metered street parking drama in Midtown, and drops them at the building entrance. For Hudson County companies shuttling employees between campuses or running a group to a Newark conference venue, a minibus handles headcounts up to 35 without the charter-bus footprint.
The Harborside complex in Jersey City — a short run south on Route 1&9 — hosts major financial and tech firms, and the waterfront transit hub there sees heavy congestion on event days. A dedicated corporate bus keeps your team on schedule regardless of what's happening at Exchange Place. Call 332-529-1330 to discuss a contract shuttle or a single-event group rate.

Union City Private Event Transportation Services
Hudson County's event calendar gives Union City groups plenty of reasons to move in numbers. The North Hudson Puerto Rican Parade runs along Bergenline Avenue each June and draws large crowds to the commercial strip — street closures from 32nd Street north can make vehicle circulation genuinely difficult without a plan. A Union City private charter bus loaded and staged before closures go into effect keeps your group ahead of the congestion rather than stuck in it.
For larger private events — family reunions hitting multiple venues, corporate outings moving from Hudson County into the city, multi-stop celebrations across the metro — a full 56-passenger charter bus keeps everyone on one itinerary and eliminates the five-car-caravan problem entirely. One predictable price, one vehicle, one pickup and drop-off plan. Call 332-529-1330 to map out the logistics for your next private event.

Union City Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season in Hudson County runs from late April through late May, and the crunch is real. Union City high schools — including Union Hill High School — hold proms within that same narrow window as every other school in Bergen, Essex, and Passaic counties, which means the pool of available party buses shrinks fast once April hits. A Union City prom party bus booked in December or January locks in your vehicle and your rate before the spring surge.
Waiting until March is a gamble; waiting until April usually means paying a significant premium or settling for whatever's left.
For prom: book by January. The quote form takes under a minute, and a support team is available at 332-529-1330 every day of the year to walk through options and help confirm your pickup plan. Get the group squared away early — the actual night is stressful enough without the transportation being an open question.

Union City School Event & Field Trip Transportation
For teachers and trip coordinators running Union City school field trips, the question is never whether students need a bus — it's which bus fits the route and the budget. A charter bus to Liberty Science Center (222 Jersey City Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07305) handles a full class, with onboard restrooms keeping the run efficient and overhead storage clearing the aisle. Liberty Science Center is roughly 3.5 miles south of Union City via Kennedy Boulevard — close enough that a late departure doesn't wreck the whole schedule, but far enough that carpooling is a logistical headache for parents.
Longer runs to the Meadowlands Environment Center or Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson benefit from charter buses with WiFi, power outlets, and onboard restrooms so students aren't restless before they arrive. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network — just note it when you request your quote. Call 332-529-1330 to get a school group rate.

Union City Sporting Event Transportation
MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford is about 8 miles northwest of Union City via Route 3 — a quick shot on a Tuesday, a grinding crawl on a Giants or Jets Sunday when the entire Route 3 corridor backs up from the stadium to the Secaucus junction. Union City sports fans who drive to MetLife deal with stadium lot parking that runs $30–$40 per vehicle on game days, plus the post-game exit where all 82,500 fans funnel through the same set of access roads. A charter bus to MetLife Stadium sidesteps both — one parking cost instead of seven, direct lot access for group vehicles, and the post-game ride already handled.
For Red Bulls games at Sports Illustrated Stadium (formerly Red Bull Arena) in Harrison — 5 miles south on the Turnpike — a minibus is a smart fit. The stadium's surrounding streets are narrow and Harrison's transit hub gets crowded postgame. A minibus drops your group and stages nearby, avoiding the post-match PATH station backup entirely.
Call 332-529-1330 to price out your game-day run.

Union City Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
The Hudson County waterfront is one of the most sought-after wedding venue corridors in New Jersey — Liberty House in Jersey City, Battello on the Passaic River in Newark, the Loews Jersey City hotel overlooking the Manhattan skyline — and every one of them sits in an area where weekend parking is either nonexistent or genuinely expensive. A Union City wedding shuttle bus solves the guest logistics problem cleanly: load from the hotel block, arrive at the venue together, and return on a schedule that doesn't leave anyone stranded at 11 p.m. waiting for a rideshare.
A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party run from the hotel to the ceremony on its own, while a 35-passenger minibus circulates guests between venue and hotel throughout the night. Because Statenislandpartybuscompany.com lets you compare multiple vehicle types in one quote, you can stack a Sprinter limo and a guest minibus as a package rather than calling two separate companies. Call 332-529-1330 to start building your wedding day transportation plan.

Union City Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Hudson County isn't wine country — but it's 45 minutes from some genuinely good options in northern New Jersey, and the Bergenline Avenue bar scene is one of the most underrated pub crawl corridors in the region. A Union City pub crawl party bus that works the stretch from Union City south through West New York and into Hoboken's Washington Street puts 10 or 15 stops within a two-mile corridor, with no parking, no designated driver negotiation, and no group splitting across separate rideshares at midnight.
For groups wanting an actual winery run, Alba Vineyard in Milford, NJ (269 Riegelsville Warren Glen Rd) is about an hour west on Route 78 — close enough for a day trip, far enough that a charter bus with reclining seats and onboard restrooms makes the ride part of the experience rather than a chore. Call 332-529-1330 to price out a custom winery or pub crawl route from Union City.

You fill out one quick form — or call 332-529-1330 — and you instantly see pricing and vehicle options from bus companies serving Union City and the surrounding Hudson County area.
No account required, no obligation, free to use.
How does Statenislandpartybuscompany.com work?

You compare options side by side and find what fits your group. If you'd rather talk it through, a support team is available every day of the year at 332-529-1330 to build a custom quote around your exact itinerary.
How much does a party bus cost in Union City?
A minibus in Union City runs roughly $200–$275 per hour on weekdays. A 25-passenger party bus typically runs $250–$375 per hour, with weekend evenings at the higher end of that range. A full 50-passenger party bus can reach $300–$500 per hour on a Friday or Saturday.
These are planning ranges — your real price depends on date, hours, and vehicle. Fill out the quote form or call 332-529-1330 for pricing on your specific trip in about a minute.
How far is Union City from the Lincoln Tunnel?
The Lincoln Tunnel's New Jersey entrance at the Weehawken approach is roughly 1.5 miles from central Union City via New York Avenue or JFK Boulevard — under 10 minutes on a normal day. During morning rush (7–9 a.m.) and evening rush (5–7 p.m.) on weekdays, that same stretch can take 25–35 minutes as the tunnel approach backs up through Weehawken and into Union City surface streets. A charter bus or minibus loading from a single block eliminates the coordination problem of getting a carpool together in that congestion window.
What's the best vehicle for a group going from Union City into Manhattan?
For groups under 14, a Sprinter van or Sprinter limo is the most maneuverable option through Midtown. Groups of 15–35 do well in a minibus, which has greater flexibility on midtown side streets than a full charter bus. For 40 or more people, a charter bus is the right call — it loads once, crosses the tunnel once, and drops at a commercial vehicle zone near your Manhattan destination.
All three options are available through the quote form.
Can I book a one-way run from Union City to Newark Liberty Airport?
Yes. One-way airport runs are a standard package option. EWR is roughly 4 miles south of Union City via the NJ Turnpike — about 15 minutes in normal traffic, closer to 35–40 during Turnpike peak hours.
A one-way minibus run for a group is almost always more cost-effective than multiple rideshares, especially once you factor in EWR's surge pricing on early-morning departures. Call 332-529-1330 to get a one-way rate for your departure window.
Are there any Union City events where I should book a bus well in advance?
Yes — several. The North Hudson Puerto Rican Parade along Bergenline Avenue in June generates significant street closures and draws large crowds to the corridor. Prom season across Hudson County runs late April through late May and drains available party bus inventory fast — book by January for any late-April or May prom date.
Giants and Jets home openers at MetLife, plus any major touring concert at the Prudential Center or MetLife, tend to spike demand region-wide. For those dates, 4–6 weeks is a minimum lead time; 3 months is better.
How far in advance should I book?
For most Union City group trips — bar nights, birthday runs, smaller corporate shuttles — two to four weeks is workable if your date isn't a peak night. For prom, book by January. For summer weekend events, spring holiday weekends, and any date tied to a major concert or game at MetLife or the Prudential Center, three to six months out is the right target.
The earlier you lock in, the better your vehicle selection and the lower your rate. Call 332-529-1330 as soon as your date is set.
Popular Union City Party Bus Destinations
Union City's location on the Hudson Palisades puts your group within easy reach of major arenas, waterfront venues, historic landmarks, and entertainment corridors across Hudson County and into New York City. Here are six destinations where a bus makes the most practical difference.

Prudential Center
The Prudential Center (25 Lafayette St, Newark, NJ 07102) seats up to 19,500 for concerts and hosts the New Jersey Devils NHL season from October through April. Surface lots along Mulberry Street and Lafayette fill hours before major shows, with rates running $20–$35 per vehicle on event days. The post-show exit on Mulberry Street is consistently one of the most congested post-event corridors in Hudson County — rideshare cars often stage blocks away to avoid the queue, adding 20–30 minutes to the pickup wait.
A charter bus to the Prudential Center is about 7.5 miles south via the NJ Turnpike, drops your group at the commercial entrance, and eliminates the post-show rideshare hunt entirely. Phone: (973) 757-6600

MetLife Stadium
MetLife Stadium (1 MetLife Stadium Dr, East Rutherford, NJ 07073) hosts the Giants, Jets, major college games, and stadium-scale concerts for up to 82,500 people. Lot parking runs $30–$40 cash or credit on event days, and every lot requires advance purchase for major games — day-of cash parking is not guaranteed. Route 3 heading west from the Secaucus junction is the primary approach from Union City, and it routinely backs up 5–7 miles post-event.
A charter bus from Union City is roughly 8 miles northwest via Route 3, with group vehicle staging available in designated bus lots. See the MetLife Stadium bus guide for lot and approach details before your visit. Phone: (201) 559-1515

Liberty Science Center
Liberty Science Center (222 Jersey City Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07305) is New Jersey's largest hands-on science museum, open Tuesday through Sunday with general admission running around $31 for adults and $26 for children — check the museum's ticket page for the current rate before your visit, since pricing varies by exhibit package. It sits on 10 acres in Liberty State Park overlooking the Upper New York Bay, and the park's internal road network can get crowded on weekend afternoons when park visitors and museum guests compete for the same surface lots. For school groups, charter buses use the designated bus parking area off Phillip St adjacent to the main entrance — contact the group sales office at (201) 200-1000 to confirm current group bus procedures before your visit.
From Union City, Liberty Science Center is about 3.5 miles south via Kennedy Boulevard. Phone: (201) 200-1000

Sports Illustrated Stadium (Red Bull Arena)
Sports Illustrated Stadium, formerly known as Red Bull Arena, (600 Cape May St, Harrison, NJ 07029) is a 25,000-seat soccer-specific stadium and home of the New York Red Bulls, about 5 miles south of Union City via the NJ Turnpike. The stadium is directly adjacent to the Harrison PATH station, which creates a specific post-match problem: PATH trains toward Journal Square fill immediately after the final whistle, and the platform becomes genuinely crowded within minutes. Street parking in Harrison is limited, and the blocks surrounding the stadium see heavy pedestrian-vehicle conflict during exits.
A minibus from Union City loads your group at one address, drops at the Cape May Street commercial entrance, and has a pickup plan in place so you're moving before the platform crowds even form. Check the official Sports Illustrated Stadium directions page for current vehicle access guidance.

Hoboken Waterfront & Washington Street
Hoboken's Washington Street corridor — running north-south through the center of town — is the densest concentration of bars, restaurants, and rooftop venues in Hudson County, and it sits about 2 miles south of Union City via Boulevard East or JFK Boulevard. Street parking in Hoboken on a Friday or Saturday night is functionally nonexistent after 7 p.m., and the NJ Transit Hoboken Terminal parking garage at 1 Hudson Place charges up to $30 for an evening. A party bus from Union City that circuits Washington Street and the waterfront lets your group move between venues without anyone burning time in a parking garage or waiting on a rideshare during the post-midnight surge.
The bus stages on side streets off Washington while your group is inside — and it's there the moment you're ready to move. Call 332-529-1330 to build a Hoboken night-out route.

Barclays Center
Barclays Center (620 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11217) hosts the Brooklyn Nets, New York Liberty, major boxing cards, and headlining concerts year-round, seating up to 19,000. From Union City, the run to Barclays crosses either the Lincoln Tunnel into Midtown and down 9th Avenue, or cuts through the Holland Tunnel into Lower Manhattan and across the Brooklyn Bridge — both routes have specific congestion windows, and the Holland Tunnel approach on Hudson Street can stack badly on weekend evenings. Parking at Barclays is famously limited; the arena sits directly above the Atlantic Avenue-Barclays Center transit hub, which is excellent for solo transit riders but not helpful for a 20-person group arriving together.
A charter bus or minibus from Union City handles the tunnel approach, drops at the Atlantic Avenue commercial vehicle zone, and keeps your group on one plan from pickup to final drop-off. See the Barclays Center bus guide for approach and staging details. Phone: (917) 618-6100
